How do I place an order for custom printing and apparel?
-Please email us at rolochan@printdesu.com. We are currently working on the website to have information on custom orders.

How long does it take to get my order?
-We make everything as they're ordered so it would take 3-5 days (Mon-Fri) to make and we use USPS which takes 2-4 days to get to you (US). When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

I need to change my order or cancel it!
-We allow up to 24 hours for orders to be canceled or changed. We usually start production the next day. All sales are Final.

I need to update or change my Shipping Address.
-Please email us with your order number as soon as possible and we can manually update it.

Exchanges and returns.
-We only accept exchanges if the original product is in the original packaging and there are no signs of damages, uses, and distinct smells. We do waive the need for it be in it's original packaging if you are trying to exchange apparel for a different size.

Returns are only processed if you received the wrong item(s) or the item(s) were damaged before receiving from shipping or defects. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package, we do not accept exchanges/returns after that time has passed.
